Qtech has desinged miniaturized high voltage power systems with manual and software controlled.Qtech’s driver designs ensure very low response time of the order of 3 ms with virtually no overshoot and undershoot in the drive regime. It also ensures a high drive bandwidth of the order of 35 kHz with negligible phase shift. These enable the customers to operate the nano systems in not only nanometer region but also in sub nanometer and picometer domain.

Power systems has manual and software controlled facilities in order not to disturb the set with users' hand. The power systems has RS 232C, Paralllel port and USB provision to connect with computers. Connceting ETHERNET card is underway for high speed controls in some applications such as Proton beam writings.

Use of very long solid stage actuator for longer travel range not only increases the size of the devices but also shoots up the cost. Qtech’s this motors cuts cost heavily down.
